Returns & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Stack Up. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

DEFENCE: Please note that a valid Defence ( such as UKARA) is required before any postage will be done for any RIF. These can be put in the notes section or discussed with us via whatsapp. 

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to most UK addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Please ensure you are aware of any Replica Imitation Firearm (RIF) restrictions in your area and adjust your purchases accordingly. Stack Up Airsoft accepts no liability for any goods seized due to non-compliance with RIF restrictions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We endeavour to meet these estimates but this is not always possible due to the nature of running a small business and the postage restrictions on certain products.
